Email carrylist@humenhuk.com with what you tried and what happened. Include your device and app version. Do not send passwords, payment details, or private family records.

Shared updates

Both adults need their own Apple Account. Check the app’s sync status and reconnect to the internet if updates are waiting.

Reminders

Check Carrylist notifications in device Settings, then the reminder setting in Carrylist. Use the app regularly so it can prepare the next seven days.

Purchases

Use Restore on the Household purchase screen. Manage or cancel a subscription through Apple. Apple also handles refund requests.
