Terms
Effective October 2, 2026.
These terms cover Carrylist, published by Joao Vitor Humenhuk Achutti, 38 Allenby Street, Tel Aviv-Jaffa 6332512, Israel. Contact carrylist@humenhuk.com.
Using Carrylist
Carrylist records what adults enter. It cannot check what is physically in a bag and is not a safety system. Use it lawfully and only with information you may use. Your content remains yours. Apple’s applicable app license also governs the software.
Free and paid use
Unlimited solo use is free. A monthly or yearly Household subscription adds one invited adult. The household owner pays, and the invited adult needs no separate subscription. If the subscription ends, sharing stops and the owner’s local lists remain.
Apple displays the local price, duration, renewal terms, and any eligible offer before purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple Account. A subscription renews unless canceled under Apple’s displayed terms. Manage subscriptions and refund requests through Apple.
Availability
Sync can wait while a device is offline. Check its status before relying on another adult’s updates. Features depend on supported devices, permissions, and service availability. Website checklists are starting points. Follow the school or activity’s own instructions.
Responsibility and your rights
Carrylist is provided as it is. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything the law does not allow to be limited. Subject to that, liability is limited to what you paid for Carrylist in the twelve months before the claim. Mandatory consumer rights remain in place.
Governing law
The laws of the State of Israel govern these terms, and its courts have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory law and consumer rights that apply to you.
