Use the event timetable
Sports day may change the usual lunch and pickup arrangements. Confirm those with the school. Add event-only gear for the right date instead of changing every PE day.
Reset for the next class day
Take out damp clothing and replace the ordinary school items. Keep any borrowed team shirt on a separate return list.
Keep this in your child’s bag list
Give the school sports day bag its own Carrylist list. Use routines for recurring gear and a one-off item for a dated extra.
