This calculator multiplies quantities you already know. It does not recommend feeding amounts, food, medication, or childcare supplies. Use the provider’s instructions for what and how much to send.
A five-day example
Two requested units per day for five attendance days need ten units. Add a reserve of two to get twelve. With five in stock, seven more are needed.
The same unit throughout
Use individual units in every field. Do not mix boxes with individual items. Each input accepts a whole quantity from zero to 10,000. Extra stock produces zero to restock.
Keep this in your child’s bag list
Keep restocking separate from Carrylist’s packing ticks. Check an item packed only when it physically goes into the correct bag.
