Plan the second handover
Confirm whether club kit stays at school or travels in a separate bag. Add the pickup arrangement to the relevant adult’s plan rather than expecting an item tick to communicate it.
Reset both bags
Empty lunch containers and used club kit when the child gets home. Put clean club equipment back in its own bag before the next scheduled session.
Keep this in your child’s bag list
Give the bag for school and the club afterward its own Carrylist list. Use routines for recurring gear and a one-off item for a dated extra.
