List the titles when it helps
One item named “library book” can hide that two books are due. Use separate titles when returns vary and keep liquids away from the book pouch.
Check the new due date
Remove returned titles and note the next return day. Keep newly borrowed books separate from homework materials until their routine is set.
Keep this in your child’s bag list
Give the library return day bag its own Carrylist list. Use routines for recurring gear and a one-off item for a dated extra.
