Pack for the waiting time
Several events can make the day longer than a normal training session. Check report times and keep warm or dry layers accessible while waiting.
Find shoes after changing events
Count both pairs if your child changes footwear. Keep the meet number or borrowed club clothing with the return items rather than inside dirty kit.
Keep this in your child’s bag list
Give the track meet bag its own Carrylist list. Use routines for recurring gear and a one-off item for a dated extra.
